When spring awakens and nature unfolds its new vitality, it is time to blossom – an opportunity to pause, breathe consciously, and recharge your batteries. The Herbarium Festival, supported by Radio Arabella, takes place from April 13 to 26 and is all about the power of plants, soothing warmth, and healing tranquility.

What is Herbarium?
Inspired by the diversity of the plant world, you can expect a harmonious blend of herbal scents, soothing warmth, and mindful rituals that appeal to all the senses. Whether it's lovingly staged infusions, gentle sounds, or plant-based treatments, every moment invites you to let go of everyday life and recharge your batteries. International sauna masters demonstrate the magic of infusions, while delicate scents and aromas deeply relax the senses and body.

Natural essences, herbs, and plant rituals bring the energy of spring directly to Therme Erding. Herbarium offers the opportunity to slow down your own rhythm, breathe mindfully, and harmonize body and mind. At the Partner Expo on April 18–19 and April 25–26, regional companies will showcase their plant-based products and therapies, providing a great opportunity to discover new inspirations for well-being.

Take a deep breath and relax

Ceremonies, rituals, and relaxing sounds create space for calm and inner balance. Thoughts come to rest, the senses open up, and everyday life fades into the background. In addition, workshops in ice bathing or herbalism, for example, invite you to activate your body and mind in a special way and feel new energy. In total, visitors to Herbarium can expect over 5,000 wellness treatments, relaxation, and pampering moments.

Slow down

Herbarium consciously invites you to slow down, arrive in the here and now, and enjoy the moment mindfully. Yoga and Pilates sessions complement the experience, gently helping to bring body, mind, and soul into harmony. Particularly impressive: over 2,000 sauna infusions, performed by 40 sauna masters from more than 20 nations, make the festival a unique international experience.

At the Beauty Bar, guests can enjoy fragrant herbal treatments and small pampering rituals. Even the youngest guests can discover in a playful way how beneficial natural essences and gentle herbs can be.
