Useful information prior to booking

The Hotel Victory Therme Erding is located directly on the spa grounds. Free parking is available right in front of the hotel. Charging stations for electric cars are available in the spa’s parking garage (subject to availability). Upon request, we’d be happy to arrange a transfer to and from Munich Airport—please contact our reservations service in advance. Travel by public transportation is the same as for the thermal baths (S2 to Altenerding + bus).

Check-in at the Hotel Victory Therme Erding is available starting at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, you can already use the spa facilities. A locker in the changing rooms will be available for you until you check into your room.

Early-morning swimming is available exclusively to hotel guests starting at 8:30 a.m. in the Wave. Once Therme Erding opens for regular business, you can enjoy the other areas. The Wave is open Mon. – Fri. starting at 10:30 a.m. and Sat. – Sun. starting at 9:30 a.m. Access to the other areas of Therme Erding follows the general opening hours.

Therme Erding is open year-round. You can find detailed opening hours, prices and scheduled dates for our cosmetic repairs and legally required maintenance work on our website under: Prices, Opening Hours & Revisions. In addition, we will notify you here of any maintenance work that needs to be done on short notice. Please note that these dates are not binding and may be subject to change at short notice.

Yes. Minors may check in, but they must provide a signed consent form from a parent or guardian if they are traveling unaccompanied. The signed form must be submitted at the front desk during check-in. Please use only the official sample form provided in our Terms and Conditions.

At Hotel Victory Therme Erding, admission to the Therme is already included in the price of many room rates. If you’ve booked a rate that doesn’t include admission to the Therme, you can pay for admission at the hotel front desk when you check out.

Unless otherwise noted in the service description, you may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the start of your stay at Hotel Victory. For cancellations made later than this or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the package price will be charged. Please note that cancellations must be made in writing. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

The room rate includes a generous breakfast buffet, Wi-Fi, and free parking. All prices are listed in euros, per room per night. Prices are subject to change.
Prices include the applicable sales tax. Depending on the rate description, access to the spa facilities is included for the entire duration of your stay.

As a hotel guest, you do not need to make a separate online reservation for the thermal baths. Admission is guaranteed for you throughout your entire stay! Use of the Erding Thermal Baths is already included in the room rate for certain rates. If you have booked an overnight stay without thermal bath admission, payment for use of the Erding Thermal Baths is due at the front desk upon checkout. You can use vouchers you have already purchased or pay in cash or with a debit card.

No, pets are not allowed at either Therme Erding or Hotel Victory. If you can’t leave your pet at home, we recommend the nearby Riffenthal Pet Boarding in Erding. This professional boarding facility for cats, dogs, and small animals, with 40 years of experience, will lovingly care for your furry friends while you enjoy your stay.

The Hotel Victory Therme Erding offers a variety of services for families with babies:

Yes, as a guest of Hotel Victory, you can use our fitness center free of charge to really work up a sweat. The fitness center is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. to all guests aged 16 and older and is located on the garden level of the hotel. Look forward to modern equipment that allows you to enjoy a varied workout. The following equipment is available: cardio treadmill, cardio bike, cardio cross-trainer, dumbbells with a weight bench, and a power pull machine.

Yes, the entire Hotel Victory is fully accessible. We also have rooms specially designed for guests with disabilities, tailored to the needs of wheelchair users. All floors are accessible by elevator. If you require any additional assistive devices or special assistance, our team is always ready to help you.

The room rate includes a generous breakfast buffet at the harbor restaurant. You can also opt to book half-board at the Empire Restaurant. Of course, hotel guests are welcome to use all the restaurants and bars within the Therme Erding.

Yes, at the Kaleidoskop Bar you can round off your day with a fruity cocktail or digestif in this unique setting.

On the day of departure, please check out of your cabin by 11:00 a.m. 

Yes, you can still visit the spa on your departure day.
