Return & Withdrawal

An excellent service and the satisfaction of our customers are our focus. Our customers, who are consumers, have a legal right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly neither be attributed to his commercial nor his self-employed professional activity.


14 days right of revocation


You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.


In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us (THERME ERDING Service GmbH
Thermenallee 1, 85435 Erding, telephone: 08122 5500, fax: 08122/550-2559, e-mail: [email protected]) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract. 


In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period. 

Consequences of the revocation


If you revoke this Agreement, we will repay to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement. Such refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will you be charged for such refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the Goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the Goods, whichever is earlier.


You must return or deliver the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the revocation of this Agreement. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before expiry of the 14-day period. 


You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. 

You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to a handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and function.

Exclusion of the right of revocation


A right of revocation does not exist for the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or destination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.


How does the revocation or exchange of goods take place?

Items received by post must be returned. After expiration of the revocation period or after redemption of purchased vouchers, no reversal can take place.

You must return or hand over the goods to the above address (THERME ERDING Service GmbH, Gutscheinverwaltung , Thermenallee 1, 85435 Erding) immediately and in any case within fourteen days of the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract at the latest. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.


Return processing

As soon as we have received the goods, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your return. Once the return has been processed, you will also be informed by e-mail.


Credit note / Balance

We will refund the amount as soon as we have received and checked your return.
No later than 14 days after receipt of your return, we will refund the amount of your credit to the payment method selected in your original order. If you have only returned a part of your order, we will refund the corresponding amount.
If the transfer has already been made, the payment amount of the returned items will be credited to your bank account.
