DISCONNECT TO RECONNECT

WITH ANA MARTINOVIC

Experience Disconnect to Reconnect!
with Ana Martinovic

Ana Martinovic is a model and content creator who captivates her community not only with inspiring content but also with her open, authentic, and approachable personality. As the face of our “Disconnect to Reconnect” campaign, Ana embodies a conscious and mindful approach to everyday life. Together, we want to inspire people to consciously take time out for themselves again and again and focus on what truly does us good.

“Disconnect” represents that conscious moment of stepping away from everyday life and creating space for yourself. “Reconnect” means coming back to yourself, consciously experiencing the moment, and forming genuine connections. Because sometimes, connection begins precisely when we take a brief step back.

"We're constantly connected -
but when do we actually feel truly connected?"

Disconnect × Reconnect × Social Wellbeing

Reflect & Reset your mind

In the spirit of “Disconnect", you can consciously take a step back - away from constant digital presence, work mode, distractions and the constant influence of the outside world.

Through various workshops and activities, you’ll have the opportunity to organize your thoughts and reconnect with yourself. Whether through breathwork, mindful reflection or meditation: take a moment, pause, and give space to what’s happening inside you. Because sometimes, that’s exactly the break you need to find clarity, recharge and clear your head.

Feel your body

Take a moment to consciously reconnect with yourself and your body. Through yoga, pilates, ice baths and soothing treatments, you’ll create space for movement, regeneration, and mindful self-care.

Small rituals that help you step out of your head and back into the moment. Feel your breath, your strength, and your limits and give yourself the time to do something good for your body. Because sometimes, true well-being begins exactly where we pause, let go, and learn once again to be mindful of our bodies.

Time for real connections

Reconnect doesn’t just mean finding yourself again - it also means consciously connecting with others. Take time for genuine moments with your favorite people for encounters and experiences that will stay with you.

Whether you’re laughing together, exploring, or simply being present with one another - genuine connections give us energy and boost our well-being. Because sometimes it’s precisely these small, shared moments that remind us of what really matters.
